Dormancy that occurs in butterfly pea seeds is caused by a hard seed coat so that the process of water entry into the seeds is inhibited. Accelerate germination can be done chemical means by provide gibberellic acid growth regulators and other treatments that can be done are through soaking seeds.  The purpose of this study was to obtain the optimum point of length of soaking, concentration of GA3 and interaction between the two are appropriate for the maintenance of falcon dormancy. The research was conducted in November 2022 – January 2023 located at Screenhouse Studio Tani, Ngargoyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, which is located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level. The method used was a Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor was duration of soaking (6, 12, 24 hours) and the second factor was GA3 concentrations  (200, 300, 400, 500 ppm). Data analysis using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variant) test (with ? = 5%), then further tested using orthogonal polynomial tests to determine the optimum point. The results showed that the interaction between soaking time and GA3 concentration was able to break the dormancy of 6-hour soaking butterfly pea seeds with concentration 296.125 ppm germination increased by 67%, for a concentration of 330.33 ppm seed growing speed increased by 90%.
