× The research uses secondary data from Sragen regency and Market department of Bunder. Sample methods are documentation, interview, Observation and book study. The research is quantitative research. Analysis test uses in this research are efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio. Result of this research shows amount earnings of market retribution increase almost 2 % earnings of the shop, earnings of loading and unloading and earnings of natural permission minus. Efficiency and effectiveness from earnings level retribution of Bunder market very efficient and effective because amount earnings is valuable surplus have big value is Rp. 60.000.000 from earnings of bicycle earning and 8.374.720 from toilet earnings. Strength had by Bunder market from vehicle auction earnings and toilet thereby can be concluded that incoming merchant and visitor and sale in Bunder market using toilet facility and park. Weakness of Bunder market seen from shop earnings is minus. Many merchants do not have permission for sale or trade in Bunder market. Comparison between earnings level retribution of Bunder market if compared to PAD Sragen regency year 2008 its contribution only 1,25% so that retribution Bunder market only rendering 1,25% to PAD of Sragen. Comparison between expenditure level for the conservancy of Bunder market if compared to PAD Sragen year 2008 hence its contribution only 1,23%. Thereby maintenance cost difference with PAD only 1,23% from level of PAD. Thereby can be concluded that level of contribution if/when compared to the level of expenditure still have value ( 0,02).
