Abstrak :

2005. Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre is the center of tourism service where tourists can get information about tourism object, accommodations , transportations and everything concerning tourism in Indonesia. The good facilities and human resources of Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre can automatically help to improve the quality services. Finding out the weaknesses of Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre also includes the important things, in order to be able to determine the solution of the weaknesses.

This report uses the descriptive method. The writer classified the data , analyzed and then concluded. The writer obtained the data by observing, interviewing and doing a library research.

From the discussion, the writer found out the weaknesses of Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre based o n their facilities and the human resources. Not just those things, but also the efforts conducts by Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre to improve the services.

The writer also gives suggestions to the Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre. By these suggestions , the writer hopes that Yogyakarta Tourist Information Centre can improve the quality of services by completing their facilities and improving the quality of human resources.
