Abstrak : The purpose of this research was to examined the influence of dimension-dimension job motivation toward employee’s performance functional DKKBC Sukoharjo Regency and to examined the influence of dimension-dimension job motivation toward employee’s performance with education level as moderating variable. Data was collected from 91 employee’s functional DKKBC Sukoharjo Regency with used population research as the sampling method. The data is analyzed with some test, such as validity and reliability test with cronbach’s alpha and hypothesis test with used multiple hierarchical regression analysis, determination coefficient (R2), determination coefficient of change (∆R2) and Significance F change. The result of the research shows that (1) job motivation intrinsic the effect positive toward employee’s performance functional DKKBC Sukoharjo Regency (2) job motivation extrinsic the effect positive toward employee’s performance functional DKKBC Sukoharjo Regency (3) education level do not strengthen the effect of job motivation intrinsic toward employee’s performance (4) education level do not strengthen the effect of job motivation extrinsic toward employee’s performance.
