Abstrak : The main activity of the company area of printing and publishing Sukoharjo Regency (PD. PERCADA) is a Ministry of the order print. This observation is aiming to find out the workflow service to order prints at the PD. PERCADA Sukoharjo Regency and constraints in the service order and how to overcome it. This observation is descriptive qualitative observations. Determination technique using purposive sampling informant. Data sources include the resource person (informants), event or activity, place or location, objects, images and footage as well as documents and archives. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and reviewing documents and archives. Methods of data analysis used is qualitative data analysis that includes the reduction of data, data presentation, and withdrawal of the summary. PD. PERCADA workflow has to be carried out in the service order. The workflow includes the acceptance of the order by marketing, setup script or design a script by the setter, process printing to packaging by the production, submission of documents by the public, and admission payment by the Treasury. In order to print services there are a number of constraints that must be faced. These constraints are lack of experts the setter with power add one setter and increase working hours when there are a lot of orders. The lack of production equipment in terms of the condition and number of also becoming a constraint in the service of the print order, in which case PD. PERCADA by buying some new machines. Other barriers are the complaints about the slowness of the service by improving the quality of service and product quality. Based on the results of observations in the service of order print in PD. PERCADA, the advice given is to do promotion on PD. PERCADA to the community, for example through the dissemination of brochures so the more widely known by the public, develop business with a range of services according to the needs of the community and not be limited to the needs of government agencies, enforce scheduling system repair and maintenance of production equipment periodic early so that it can anticipate the possibility of fatal damage and reduce the intensity of damage to the machine.
