× ABSTRACS In order to proof that Surakarta as the cultural city, it is embellishing itself in caring it cultural assets, creating a competent human resource, and also implementing Regional development which clean from corruption in any aspects, in accordance with the popularized slogan by Surakarta Mayor, that is Solo Shining without Corruption. One of the velnerable deviation post is the income receival post. So to analze this, the author implementing a research on implementation system of trajectory license retribution taking in Surakarta. The research on implementation system of trajectory license retribution taking is conducted to know the constraint factors in trajectory license retribution taking process, and also whether the implementation system of trajectory license retribution having properly done with the determinated Regional Acts. The conducted research is on public transportation. To collect the primary data is by interview with the related parties. Where as to collect the secondary data is by the related records with the existed resources (Regional Acts). From the above analysis can be observed the lack of efficiency from the Trajectory License Retribution, it can be seen from the many of charged payment to the transportation service entrepreneur to obtain the trajectory license, and also the weak of the controlling and supervising process conducted in order to the service quality improvement and also the transportation orderliness and amoothness in it route.
