× ABSTRACS The problem had been studied in this research is how the procedure of parking tax harvest at Karanganyar, wheter the Parking Tax Harvest System at Karanganyar have appropriated with the Territory Rules, how the comparasion between the realitation with the budget, how much contribution of Parking Tax for The Real Territory Income at Karanganyar, and what efforts will be attack by Territory Government to increase territory income in tax sector actually Parking Tax. Parking Tax Harvest at Karanganyar done by Territory Income Agency Karanganyar. From that research also find many weakness there are Territory Rules which organize about Parking Tax still not clear yet, there are many weakness on it. For the example, The Territory Rules not give a tight rules for obligatory tax who break the Territory Rules actually about The Parking Tax. It’s better if the Government and the Territory Income agency at Karangnyar make new Territory Rules about Parking Tax. They are should punish the obligatory tax who break it. Such as give a prison punished or a fine punished for obligatory tax who break it. Maybe with that The Karanganyar will be increase their Real Territory Income
