Abstrak : The objectives of this research are to study the relationship between learning intensity, achievement motivation and ability to manage stress with students’ creativity. The research was conducted by using survey method at poor villages in Karanganyar District with sample of 90 selected randomly. The research reveals that there is positive and significant correlation between: (a) learning intensity and students’ creativity; (b) achievement motivation and students’ creativity; and (c) ability to manage stress and students’ creativity; Futhermore, there are significant and positive correlation among leraning intensity, achievement motivation and ability to manage stress, as well and students’ creativity. Those findings conclude that learning intensity, achievement motivation and ability to manage stress are determinant factors for students’ creativity. Therefore, students’ creativity can be increased by improving (a) learning intensity; (b) achievement motivation; and (c) ability to manage stress partially or altogether.
