ABSTRACT
Background: Workplace, there are factors that affect the work environment such as physical factors, and effect on health and safety. The work environment is one of the main sources of potential health hazard. One of factor contained in work environment is noise. Noise have an impact, one of which can cause stress to someone who is exposed to noise. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the noise exposure with work related stress workers of production PT. SKF Indonesia.

Methods: This study used an analytic observational study using a cross-sectional approach with 154 persons as the study sample. The instrument in this study used sound level meter, and respondent questionnaire. The data analytic used achi-square test.

Result: There was a correlation between noise exposure with work related stres workers of production PT. SKF Indonesia with a value of p = 0.000 for the correlation of noise exposure with work related stress workers of production PT. SKF Indonesia. With contingency Coefficient 62.7%. Conclusion: There was correlation between noise exposure with work stres workers of production PT. SKF Indonesia.
