The rapid growth of social media as a digital marketing platform has increased the need for organizations to manage digital content projects in a structured and integrated manner. In practice, management user, project monitoring, and social media engagement recording are often carried out using separate applications. This condition leads to fragmented information, potential data duplication, difficulties in monitoring project progress, and delays in communication among team members, resulting in less effective and efficient digital content project management.This Final Project aims to develop a Web-Based Digital Content Project Management Information System that integrates three main modules: Management User, Monitoring, and Engagement. The system is designed to support management user based on access rights, facilitate collaborative project monitoring, and manage social media engagement data within a single integrated platform. The software was developed using the Scrum framework, consisting of Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The implementation utilizes React 19 and TypeScript for the frontend, Express.js v5 for the backend, and PostgreSQL with a modular schema approach as the database management system. The development results indicate that all functional requirements of the Management User, Monitoring, and Engagement modules were successfully implemented, supported by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for six user roles: Superadmin, Owner, Content Lead, Script Writer, Content Editor, and Admin Social Media. Furthermore, Black Box Testing confirmed that all core system functionalities operated according to the specified requirements. Therefore, the developed system is capable of supporting digital content project management in a more structured, integrated, and well-documented manner.
