Sistem E-Commerce UMKM Hyperlocal Berbasis PWA (SUMILIR)

Technological advancements drive the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In Banyuanyar Village, Surakarta City, MSME owners in residential areas and small alleys face geographical constraints in reaching local markets. This study aims to develop the SUMILIR Hyperlocal MSME E-Commerce System based on a Progressive Web App (PWA), consisting of Community and Admin Modules, to bridge the local information gap and support economic development initiatives by the village office. The Community Module provides digital socio-economic interaction through posts, threaded comments, and complaint reporting, while the Admin Module serves as a centralized control panel for managing analytics, users and merchants, registration verification, events, and vouchers. The system was modeled using BPMN, Use Case, Activity, Sequence Diagrams, and ERD, and implemented using Laravel 12, Vue.js 3, Tailwind CSS 4, MySQL, and PWA technology. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing, Security Testing, Compatibility Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results indicate that the system functions according to requirements, effectively restricts unauthorized access, is compatible with modern web browsers, and has been accepted by users. The SUMILIR Community and Admin Modules can serve as a centralized digital governance platform for MSMEs in Banyuanyar Village.
