SMP Negeri 1 Jenar has utilized several digital systems, such as class scheduling and e-Rapor; however, the processes of class attendance, teaching journals, classroom supervision, and learning administration still require better integration. Data fragmentation leads to longer recapitulation times, higher error risks, and difficulties for the principal in obtaining academic information promptly. This Final Project aims to develop the SIMONAS Android-based mobile application prototype using the Flutter framework and Supabase backend to support classroom supervision and academic management at SMP Negeri 1 Jenar. System development was conducted using a prototyping approach, encompassing requirements analysis, user interface and database design, module implementation, as well as functional and non-functional testing. The application was designed with a multi-role architecture facilitating five user roles: Principal, Curriculum Administrator, Teacher, Guidance Counselor (BK), and Student. This integrated system includes academic management modules (schedules, journals, attendance, assignments, grades, and report cards), learning administration modules, and supervision modules (classroom monitoring, journal monitoring, and document verification). The SIMONAS application was thoroughly evaluated across 31 test cases (TC-01 through TC-31), comprising functional testing using black-box testing methods (TC-01 through TC-26) and non-functional testing (TC-27 through TC-31) covering security, availability, usability, maintainability, and scalability evaluations, where all test items were successfully executed according to expected outcomes with a "pass" status. These results demonstrate that the application prototype is valid both functionally and non-functionally, and is ready to be simulated within the school environment.
