Warehouse operations management in many organizations still faces fundamental challenges related to data accuracy and inventory flow efficiency, caused by reliance on manual or semi-digital recording that is not integrated across the entire stock management cycle. This condition results in discrepancies between physical and administrative stock data, distribution errors, poorly handled product returns, and a lack of predictive analysis capability for restocking needs. This Final Project aims to design and build the Stock & Quantity (StoQ) Website Information System, specifically the Monitoring, Distribution, Return, and Stock Analysis Module, using an event-based recording approach. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum method, with Laravel as the backend (REST API and business logic), Vue.js as the frontend, MySQL as the database, and Redis as the queue mechanism for event-based transaction processing. The system serves three user roles Superadmin, Warehouse Admin, and Warehouse Staff with core features including real-time multi-warehouse stock monitoring, a staged distribution workflow with FIFO batch validation, a return-handling mechanism with a defined return window, and a Decision Support System (DSS) module that generates restock and inter-warehouse transfer recommendations based on outflow velocity and Days of Stock status.Testing results show that all core system functions performed in accordance with the defined business requirements. The StoQ system proved capable of improving inventory data accuracy, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing overall warehouse operational transparency. Keywords : Decision support system, distribution, event-based, Laravel, inventory management, return, Vue.js.
