Perancangan dan Pengembangan Aplikasi Warehouse Integrated Supplier Evaluation (WISE)

Manual management of supplier selection and warehouse operations often causes problems such as data inaccuracy, slow administrative processes, and difficulty in tracking document history. To overcome these obstacles, this research designs an integrated web-based information system named Warehouse Integrated Supplier Evaluation (WISE). The focus of this research is limited to the design of four main modules: Supplier Selection Module, Putaway Module (item placement allocation), Return Management Module (handling of defective goods), and Document Generation Module.The development of this system applies the Agile method through six iterative stages, starting from requirements analysis to the final review. In terms of architecture, the WISE application is built using the Laravel 10 framework for the backend, Vue.js 3 interface with Tailwind CSS for the frontend, and MySQL as the relational database management system.Based on the test results using the Black Box Testing method, all system module functionalities have run well and according to requirements. Overall, the WISE system is proven capable of digitizing the supplier qualification stages in a structured manner, automating stock updates through the putaway flow, documenting the goods return process with precision, and streamlining the administrative workload through automatic PDF document printing.
