PERANCANGAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN GUDANG BERBASIS WEB DENGAN FITUR PERINGATAN STOK

Toko Jaya Abadi Pramuka faces challenges in warehouse stock management that is stilperformed manually, leading to recording errors, stock data inaccuracies, and difficulties in monitoring stock conditions in real-time. Furthermore, the absence of a stock alert system makes it difficult for managers to determine when to reorder goodsespecially during the peak selling season for Scout attributes.This study aims to develop a web-based Warehouse Management System capable of automatically managing stock levels, providing critical stock and dead stock alerts, and supporting dynamic event month configuration for adaptive stock threshold adjustmentsThe system was developed using the Waterfall method with a client-server architectureutilizing Laravel as the backend framework, React.js as the frontend, and MySQL as the database management system.Key features include automatic stock updates upon goods-in/goods-out transactions, a stock warning system based on configurable normal, event, and dead stock thresholdsevent month management enabling designation of peak sales months (May, June, JulyAugust), and an activity log for full audit trails. Black-Box testing results demonstrate that all functional specifications have been successfully fulfilled
