The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klaten Regency still relies on separate spreadsheets to record population administration services in each service division. This practice creates several operational issues, including data entry errors, data duplication, difficulties in tracking service statuses, and inefficient report generation. To address these problems, the Population and Civil Registration Information System (SIDAPIL) was developed, focusing on the management of Duplicate Certificate Extract and Marginal Note services. The system was developed using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the Agile Development method was applied during the development process. Technically, the system was built as a web-based application using Laravel and MySQL to support integrated data management. The development results indicate that SIDAPIL successfully integrates service registration, application status management, staff coordination, and report generation into a centralized platform. This finding was confirmed through Black box testing conducted on all system features, which showed that every function operated according to the specified requirements. Therefore, SIDAPIL is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of population administration service management at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klaten Regency.
