This internship report was written based on the Student Internship Program at PT Rahayu Antara Nusindo from January 12 to March 7, 2026. The purposes of this internship were to apply translation knowledge, improve translation skills, and gain work experience. The main activity during the internship was translating medical device brochures from English into Indonesian. This report explains the translation process and discusses the problems found during the translation activities. During the translation process, I found three main problems, namely hematology terms, laboratory terms, and reagent terms. These terms were difficult because many of them were unfamiliar to me and needed careful understanding to find the correct meaning. To solve these problems, I read medical references and checked the context of the text to find the correct translations. In translating the brochures, I mostly used the Established Equivalent and Pure Borrowing techniques proposed by Molina and Albir (2002). These techniques helped me translate medical terms more clearly and accurately. Besides translating brochures, I also helped organize company documents, fill in CDAKB forms, manage data using Microsoft Excel, and assist in the BACT event. Through these activities, I gained knowledge and experience in translation and office work. Overall, this internship helped improve my translation skills and prepared me for future work in the language field.
