Agreema: Sistem Manajemen Kontrak Berbasis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Modul Revisi, Versi, Adendum, Terminasi, dan Laporan

Contract management at PT Solutionlabs Grup Indonesia is not yet supported by an integrated system, resulting in review, revision, version history tracking, addendum and termination recording, and report generation being unable to be conducted within a single centralized workflow. To address these issues, Agreema was developed as a web-based contract management system using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) approach that integrates revision, versioning, addendum, termination, and reporting modules. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel 12 was used as the REST API backend, React and TypeScript as the frontend, and MySQL as the database. The system implements role-based access control and presents information according to user roles, namely Admin, HRD, Manager, and External User, each with different authorities throughout the review, revision, approval, and contract termination processes. Agreema supports the provision of revision notes or documents, automatic creation of new contract versions, and the recording of addendums and terminations linked to their parent contracts. Testing was conducted using 17 Black-Box Testing scenarios and 12 API testing scenarios, with all 29 scenarios successfully completed, resulting in a 100% success rate. These results indicate that Agreema meets the defined system requirements and can support structured and traceable contract change management.
