SISTEM MANAJEMEN ORDER DAN WAREHOUSE: MODUL PERENCANAAN DAN PENGADAAN MATERIAL

Availability of raw materials in the right quantity and time is critical for manufacturing, as shortages or overstock disrupt operations and raise costs. PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia, a Research and Development company in robotics and the Internet of Things, requires an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system covering the material procurement cycle (MRP, MPR, MPO, MDO) to replace error-prone manual processes.This study designs and implements a web-based Material Planning and Procurement Module using Vue.js, Node.js/Express.js, and PostgreSQL with the Waterfall method, applying Role-Based Access Control through a Maker and Checker concept between Material Staff and Material Supervisors so every transaction is recorded and traceable.The system successfully automates Net Requirement calculations via the Bill of Materials, provides a Material Analytics dashboard, and prevents duplicate submissions, over-allocation, and double-booking in delivery scheduling. Black Box Testing across 12 test scenarios declared all scenarios Valid/Passed.
