Efforts to utilize moringa in East Lampung Regency have been carried out on a small scale. Proper and effective cultivation practices have not yet been prioritized to produce high-quality with high market value. The objective of this research was to determine the optimal application rates of chicken manure, green fertilizer, and biourine for moringa growth and yield, thereby providing information to support moringa cultivation practices aimed at producing high-quality moringa with high market value. The study was conducted at the Experimental Plot of the Faculty of Agriculture Laboratory at Sebelas Maret University, Jumantono Subdisctrict, Karanganyar Regency from   September-December 2025. The method used was a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with ten treatment combinations and three replications. The following treatments were applied: without fertilizer, chicken manure + 5 t.ha-1, chicken manure+10 t.ha-1, chicken manure+15 t.ha-1, green fertilizer+ 5 t.ha-1, green fertilizer +10 t.ha-1, green fertilizer +15 t.ha-1, biourine + 150 ml.L-1, biourine + 250 ml.L-1, biourine + 350 ml.L-1. Data analysis included a Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), if significant then followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and correlation tests. The result showed that chicken manure 15 t.ha-1 yielded the best results for plant height and stem diameter. Green fertilizer at a rate of 15 t.ha-1 yielded the highest results for leaf number, fresh leaf biomass, and dry leaf biomass also green fertilizer at a rate of 5 t.ha-1 yielded the highest levels of vitamin C in moringa leaf. The chicken manure treatment at a rate of 5 t.ha-1 yielded the highest results for chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll.
