Firm or official duties need some systems to support their activities. One of these systems is payoff system. Payoff system needs special attention to achieve the aim of intern control such as save property, check accounting data validity, enhance efficiency. So, payoff system has to support by better intern control system which follow the procedure. It is the reason why author choose INTERN CONTROL SYSTEM EVALUATION FOR SALARIES PAYMENT AT DEPARTMENT OF TRADING AND MARKET MANAGEMENT AT NGAWI, EAST JAVA be the research title.
The aims of this research are to evaluate intern control application for payoff system at department of commerce and market management at Regency Ngawi, to know weakness and advantage of intern control system at department of commerce ang market management of Regency Ngawi.
Research result can use as consideration manner to determine better payoff system.
The analysis use direct sampling/observation, face to face dialog with related agent, interview and documenting.
Result research show that intern control application for payoff system at department of commerce and market management at Regency Ngawi have been executed better, it based on procedural payoff system application like authorized payoff document by related official that secure validity of accounting data. But, any weakness of this system such as absence recording which without time came home. It make omployee go home earlier that disturb employee efficiency.
Based on result research, author give some suggestions to be considerations for Department of Commerce and Management Market at Regency Ngawi such as make valid absence record that supplied with time came home so the employee can not go home earlier of before working time is off, conduct sudden inspection.
