This internship was held at PT Pratama Transsoftware Inti Bahasa (Translation Transfer) and started in January until March 2023. In this internship activity, the students were doing two types of tasks. The main activities were translating a legal text, Safety, Ethics, Compliance & Integrity of Etex’s Code of Conduct, and a procedure text of DVD Mini Hi-Fi Audio Manual Book. The additional activities were making subtitles for a variety show and translating two texts, a narrative of game text and a procedure text of DVD Mini Hi-Fi Audio Simple Manual. During carrying out this internship, I used the translation theory by Nida and Taber because their theory could produce high-quality translations, containing accurate, acceptable, and readable. To encounter the translation problems, the students used online dictionaries as references. Furthermore, the students discussed it with the mentor, Mr Zakkyl Fikri Pratama. This internship aimed to learn new CAT Tools used by Translation Transfer to translate their projects and make subtitles. Moreover, this program aimed to apply the students’ knowledge about translation techniques from Molina and Albir. From this internship, I got new experiences about translation business process used in Translation Transfer. However, I have several suggestions for the parties involved in preparing for this internship.
