This internship report was written based on the Internship Program, as a requirement an English Diploma Program student to get their diploma degree. This internship was held for two months and the internship was conducted offline, starting from January, 16 until March 12, 2023 at Museum Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat, the location on Jalan Sidikoro No.1-2, Baluwarti, Kec. Ps. Kliwon, Kota Surakarta, Central Java 57144. The goals from this internship are 1) To fulfill the requirements of a diploma degree, 2) To apply the knowledge and competence of the translation text, 3) To identify the translation errors to get a good translation text, 4) To produce promotional videos for Museum Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat. During the internship, I translated the article’s text about the museum collections, and recreate it into a guidebook in a bilingual language. Suring this internship, I make a promotional video for Museum Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat, with adding voice-over and subtitle. This final report project, I used the translation method explained by Nida and Taber (1982), for the techniques was used by Molina and Albir (2002). With those methods and techniques, I can produce a good quality translation, which is understandable for the readers. Even though there are difficulties in completing the project, everything can be resolved.
