This internship report was written based on the internship program at Anak Hebat Indonesia, which began on January 16 and ended on April 15, 2023. This report aims to describe and explain offline and online internship activities at Anak Hebat Indonesia, especially the process of translating the novel Anne of Green Gables. When translating the novel, I encountered many problems such as unfamiliar cultural references, difficult terms, religious references, and poetry references within the novel. To overcome these obstacles, I relied on various tools and resources, including online dictionaries, Google Documents, Grammarly, and Wikipedia. These tools proved to be invaluable in ensuring accurate translations and maintaining the cultural nuances present in the original text. I also adapt translation methods to solve my translating problems. Furthermore, the report emphasizes the significance of the internship program in enhancing my practical skills and knowledge in the field of translation. This report highlights the relevance of my studies in the English Diploma Program.
