This internship report is written based on the internship activity at Penerbit Anak Hebat Indonesia, which started from January 16th to April 15th, 2023. The project that I did was translating a novel entitled Pollyanna by Eleanor H. Poter published in 1983. The translation process that I used in translating this novel were analyzing the novel, transferring the message and restructuring the target text. When translating the novel, I faced three problems, they are difficult terms, long sentences, and idioms. For solved the translation problems, the strategies adopted were finding more references relating to the difficult terms, dividing the long sentence into two sentences or use conjunction, and revising the results of the review from the editors of Penerbit Anak Hebat Indonesia. Technical issues that I faced such as unsupported laptop, lost files, and unstable internet connection obstructed the internship activity. Strategies for dealing with the technical issues were updating laptop, downloading files that have been backed up by Penerbit Anak Hebat Indonesia, and seeking for a more stable internet connection.
