This internship report is written based on the writer’s experience in joining the internship program at Pruf Ritz Communications Hub that was started on January 16th, 2023 until March 10th, 2023. This report contains detailed information about the internship program including the objective, institution profile, main activity, problems faced, solutions, and conclusions. The main activity includes translating, proofreading, editing, and subtitling. The main purpose of the internship report is to discuss the translation process in the internship as the main activity, including the difficulties and finding the solutions. The writer found some difficulties to translate some terms in the subtitling process of the political video as the main discussion. In order to solve the difficulties, the writer used translation theory about the three steps of the translation process which are analyzing, transferring, and restructuring. There are also some translation techniques that are used by the writer in the translation process. The internship program gave a real experience of work life for the writer and also increased his knowledge about translation.
