The use of groundnut manure compost and mycorrhiza is expected to increase the growth and yield of fingerroot (Boesenbergia rotunda). This study aimed to obtain the interaction between groundnut manure compost and mycorrhiza, groundnut manure compost and mycorrhiza to growth and active ingredient content in fingerroot. This research was conducted in September 2022 - March 2023, this research was conducted at the Jumantono Laboratory, Jumantono Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency. The method used was a completely randomized design with two treatment factors and 3 replications. The first treatment factor was groundnut manure compost : 0, 50, 100, and 150 g.polybag-1 and  the second factor was mycoriza:  0, 10, 20, and 30 g.polybag-1. The observed variables consisted of plant height, fresh weight of rhizomes, dry weight of rhizomes, and flavonoids of fingerroot. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance with a 5% level test, and if there was a significant difference it is continued with the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at a 5% level. The result showed that 100 g.polybag compost-1 30 g.polybag-1 mycorrhiza was the best combination to increase plant height, rhizome fresh weight, and rhizome dry weight of fingerroot. 150 g.polybag-1 was the best treatment to increase plant height, rhizome fresh weight, and rhizome dry weight of fingerroot. mycorrhiza 30 g.polybag-1 was the best treatment to increase plant height, rhizome fresh weight, and rhizome dry weight of fingerroot. The highest flavonoids was found in 150 g.polybag-1 compost and 30 g.polybag-1 mycorrhiza which was 0.18%.
