There are three aims of this study: (1) To find out the types of anxiety felt by the pre-service teacher when speaking English, (2) To find out which type of anxiety the pre-service teacher felt the most when speaking English, (3) How the pre-service teacher dealt with the anxiety. This study uses narrative inquiry as a method to find out the findings. The instruments used are data diaries, artifacts, and photo voices. Researchers obtained data collection before doing the teaching practicum, while doing the teaching practicum, and after doing the teaching practicum. The final result says that pre-service teachers also experience anxiety when speaking English. There are three types of anxiety the researcher felt: Communication Apprehension, Test Anxiety, and Fear of Negative Evaluation. It is also finding out that the type of anxiety that the researcher most often feels is Fear of Negative Evaluation. When the researcher already knows what types of anxiety the researcher feels, as well as what type of anxiety the researcher feels the most when speaking English, the researcher finds ways to overcome anxiety when speaking English by doing several things that can reduce his anxiety. For example, the researcher makes some notes to provoke memory, making body gestures to add to the impression of relaxation.
