This final project is the step in the process of obtaining a master's degree (A.Md.) in the field of applied communication. This project aims to apply Communication Science in theory, practice and add insight even experience. The form of the final project carried out is Branding Mitra Bahagia Bersama Kopi for 5 (five) weeks, from April 1st, 2023 to May 29th, 2023. The author improves branding with social media and applies the customer path 5A strategy. The author got the role of strategist. A strategist is responsible for decision-making and implementation of a strategies. It generally involves goal setting, actions to achieve goals, and mobilizing resources to carry out those actions. The strategy will describe the goals that will be achieved through several ways that are carried out. The purpose of using strategies to increase product sales. The author certainly takes several steps before determining the right strategy to be used by partners such as applying SWOT analysis, marketing mix, and others. One of them is to research data that will be used as material to determine strategies.
