Some problems in english teaching and learning activities to the third grade students in SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta and suggested solutions

This final project is written based on the writer’s job training activities as an English teacher in SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. The purposes are to know and to understand the English teaching and learning activities in SD Djama’atul Ichwan, including the problems during English teaching and learning process, and the solution for those problems. By observing the class and teaching directly at the 3th grade class, the writer could write the final project completely. There were some problems during English teaching and learning activities for the third grade students in SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. The problems faced by the students were writing English, uncooperative students, and less motivation. The problems faced by the teacher were having big class and handling the students. The writer also presented the solution to solve those problems.
