Cashew (Anacardium occidentale) is significant contributor to the global economy, but the productivity and export rates have declined gradually. One significant factor contributing is due to limited pollinators, especially Apidae, to help the cashew carry out pollination. This research aiming to identify the types and activities of Apidae and how the environment influencing their abundant to determine active pollinators of cashew. This research was conducted from June-August 2023. The identification of Apidae’s abundance and its relationship with the environment’s condition was done by observing 100 hermaphrodite flowers in three periods (07.00-11.30, 12.00-14.30, and 15.00-17.00). About 100 flowers were divided into bagged and non-bagged, and each group consisted of 50 flowers. The result showed that Apis spp., Braunsapis spp., and Xylocopa spp. as the pollinators from the Apidae, but the pollen’s visibility just found in Apis spp. and Braunsapis spp. The foraging time and number of flowers transferred for Apis spp., Braunsapis spp., and Xylocopa spp. was 2.89 s and 5 flowers, 9.6 s and 3 flowers, also 4 s and 3 flowers, respectively. The fruit set percentage for the non-bagged panicles was 28% and 2% for bagged panicles. Apidae’s abundance was affected by micro-climate and weeds in the plantation surrounding.
