The purpose of this study was to obtain an explanation of the ASN credit marketing strategy carried out by Bank Jateng Capem RSU Wonogiri and to evaluate the use of Electronic Personal Loan (E-PLO) on ASN lending.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by explaining the object under study in more depth. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews with the bank, while secondary data is obtained from reading sources that are considered reliable.
The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out by Bank Jateng Capem RSU Wonogiri was considered quite effective in attracting credit customers. However, in order to provide credit through E-PLO services, it is considered that it cannot be implemented optimally because there are still some technical obstacles when providing credit and also because the service is a new service that has not been widely recognized by customers.
