PERSIS turut dalam pembentukan federasi sepak bola PSSI. Kemudian pada 22 April 2022 kemarin, PERSIS Solo resmi membentuk PERSIS Women sebagai tim sepak bola putri profesional. PERSIS Women menjadi salah satu pionir dalam sepak bola wanita di Indonesia, hal tersebut terlihat dengan formasi Tim Nasional yang banyak diisi oleh anggota dari PERSIS Women. Salah satunya adalah Shafira Ika. Sosok Shafira Ika merupakan kapten Timnas sekaligus kapten PERSIS Women yang populer di media sosial. Pada pembuatan karya tugas akhir ini, penulis mengambil format program berupa film dokumenter yang berkategori informatif. Penulis sebagai manajer produksi bertanggung jawab sebagai kepala produksi. Tugas yang dilakukan meliputi pembuatan rencana anggaran, pemilihan narasumber, pemilihan wardrobe, dan mengurus kerjasama dengan pihak terkait. Sementara itu, tujuan dari proses produksi ini adalah sebagai bentuk dari tugas akhir penulis sebagai manajer produksi bersama kru produksi. Produksi ini menjadi perjalanan kompleks yang mana sebuah manajemen produksi berperan penting untuk mendapat hasil yang maksimal.

PERSIS Women is one of the pioneers in women's football in Indonesia, this can be seen from the formation of the National Team which is filled with many members from PERSIS Women. One of them is Shafira Ika. The figure of Shafira Ika is the captain of the national team and the captain of PERSIS Women who is popular on social media. In making this final project, the author took a program format in the form of an informative documentary film. The author as a production manager is responsible as head of production. The tasks carried out include preparing budget plans, selecting sources, selecting wardrobes, and managing cooperation with related parties. Meanwhile, the purpose of this production process is as a form of the author's final project as a production manager with the production crew. This production becomes a complex journey in which a production management plays an important role to get maximum results.
