Implementasi sistem pembelajaran moving class Pada SMA Negeri 1 Sragen tahun ajaran 2008/2009

The objective of research is as follows: (1) to find out the implementation of moving class learning system in SMA Negeri 1 Sragen, (2) to find out the obstacles encountered in SMA Negeri 1 Sragen in the implementation of moving class learning system, and (3) to find out the attempts conducted in coping with the obstacles encountered in SMA Negeri 1 Sragen in the implementation of moving class learning system.
This study belongs to a qualitative research and the strategy employed was single-embedded descriptive one. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Using such techniques, the researchers took the sample corresponding to the objective of research, the informant can be added or substituted consistent with the objective of research, and if the data obtained is adequate the research would be stopped.
Based on the result of data analysis and discussion about the implementation of moving class learning system encompassing the planning, management as well evaluation, it can be concluded as follows: the planning of moving class learning system include the preparation of new entry admission, and infrastructures preparation. Meanwhile the management of moving class learning system includes the pupil displacement, teaching-learning room, learning, teachers and students administration, remedial and enrichment as well as assessment managements. Finally, the evaluation of moving class learning system is conducted in the end of school year. In implementing the moving class learning system, SMA Negeri 1 Sragen encounters several obstacles including: there is no locker for storing the students’ bag, less effective time, less fulfilled facilities of ICT-based learning, many teachers have not operated laptop or LCD, the lack of socialization from the school to the students. The attempts the SMA Negeri 1 Sragen has conducted to cope with such obstacles are: the school will make locker for storing the students’ bag, it will rearrange the schedule to make the learning time proceeds effectively, it will fulfill gradually the facilities necessary in the implementing the moving class learning, as well as will organize the teacher training routinely related to the technology operation. in general, the implementation of moving class learning system in SMA Negeri 1 Sragen has run well.
