This legal research aims to find out the things that underlie the conflict between Israel and Palestine, and the role of the United Nations (UN) in conflict resolution efforts ever undertaken. This legal research, including types of normative legal research is descriptive. This research data using secondary data covering primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary. The data collection techniques used through the study of literature, both in the form of books, records, and documents that supports research and data collection through cyber media. Analysis of the data used by the method of deduction by using a systematic interpretation. This legal research results indicate that the United Nations (UN) in conflict Resolutions between Israelis and Palestinians through the UN Security Council Resolutions (242, 338, 1397, 1515, 1850 and 1860) as well as the peace agreement (Oslo, 1993, 1998 Wye River, Camp David 2000, and the Road Map for Peace in 2003 ever held by members of the Security Council and other UN members, was not able to contribute enough to create lasting peace to Israel and Palestine. The UN also not strict sanctions against violators of Resolution and the Treaty of Peace between Israel and Palestine. Keywords: United Nations, Conflict Resolution, Israel-Palestine.
