The Job Descriptions of Waiter/Waitress in AGAS Internasional Hotel Solo

There are four approaches of tourism products that can develop tourism industry. They consist of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and activity. Hotel is a part of accommodation that is included in the amenity approach. As amenity approach, hotel has responsibility to serve the guests with the best service to make them satisfied. This final project is based on job training activity in AGAS Internasional Hotel Solo which is written to explain the job description of waiters/waitresses when they work in the sections of Food and Beverage Department. This final project discusses about the kind of services in AGAS Internasional Hotel Solo and the efforts which are done to satisfy the guests while staying in the hotel. Based on the observation during the job training activity, AGAS International Hotel Solo has some problems that have to be solved before these problems make the hotel unable to develop optimally. Giving good facilities, being polite and friendly to the guests while they are staying in the hotel and making a good relationship with the employees in the intern and extern department may help the hotel to solve the problems.
