This final project report is written based on the job training done at SD N Tegalharjo No.187 within 2 months. I took two classes in my job training, but I chose one class namely grade 3 students as the subject to be observed. The objective was to describe the problems during English teaching and learning activity, and to find out the solutions to solve the problems for grade 3 in SD N Tegalharjo No.187. During the job training, I get information and data from some activities such as observation the class, interview, and also teaching the English lesson. I explained the material from the LKS (student work sheet) through four steps, they were greeting, brainstorming, explanation, and evaluation. There were some problems faced in English teaching and learning activity. They were pronouncing the words, lack of vocabularies, writing English, condition of students, managing time, and the facilities. I also presented the solution to solve those problems
