This research aims to (1) determine the process of developing Building Information Modelling (BIM) learning videos in the Budget Planning (RAB) course with the Cubicost application, (2) determine the feasibility level of developing Building Information Modelling (BIM) learning videos in the Planning course Cost Budget (RAB) with the Cubicost application, and (3) determine the level of effectiveness of developing SPADA-based Building Information Modelling (BIM) learning videos in the Cost Budget Planning (RAB) course with the Cubicost application. This research is development research using the ADDIE development stages which include the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, data collection is carried out using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. Respondents in this study consisted of 3 experts who assessed the limited trial instrument, and 28 vocational students as respondents for the extensive trial. This research uses an assessment questionnaire with a Likert scale. The validity of expert data was analyzed using the Aiken equation with the V Aiken coefficient used as a decision rule in determining the validity of the instrument by the three experts. The validity aspect obtained 95.14% with the category very suitable for use. Products resulting from limited user trials were tested for validity using the Product Moment correlation equation and reliability tested using the Cronbach's Alpha equation. The results of the research show that the development of SPADA-based Building Information Modelling (BIM) learning videos in the Cost Budget Planning (RAB) course with the Cubicost application with 10 items is valid and reliable by obtaining a significance of 0.00<0>
