Abstrak Interactional trust is very affecting to the synchronization of relationship between company/organization and its employee, because the continuity of relationship depends on that justice application on the organization. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interactional justice towards the loyalty to supervisor with that trust in supervisor as mediation variable on PT. EINS TREND Jakarta. Based on the problem and aim of research above, therefore this hypothesis is proposed as follows: (1) to know the effect of interactional justice towards trust in supervisor, (2) to know the effect of trust in supervisor to loyalty to supervisor, (3) to know the effect of the interactional justice towards loyalty to supervisor, (4) to know the capability of trust in supervisor as relationship mediation variable between interactional justice and loyalty to supervisor. The population of this research is all of employees in PT. EINS TREND Jakarta, where the amount of used samples is 100 respondents. The method of the research is survey method, whereas the extraction of sample is appointed with non probability sampling and purposive sampling technique. The gathered of data was used with questioner given to respondent. Likert scale with distance of 5 choices is used as the measurement of questioner instrument. The expedience of data is experimented with validity and reliability test to experiment the validity of data. The experiment of SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) is used to explain the relationship of inter-variable that becomes the purpose of the study. The results of the research show that: (1) there is positive and significance effect from interactional justice to trust in supervisor (CR=6,847), (2) there is positive and significance effect from trust in supervisor to loyalty to supervisor, (CR=2,017), (3) there is positive and significance effect from the interactional justice on the loyalty to supervisor (CR=2,590), (4) there is positive and significance effect from interactional justice on the loyalty to supervisor with trust in supervisor as mediation variable (indirectly effect of interactional justice on the loyalty to supervisor = 0,228).
