The purpose of this research is to find out how the Implementation The task of Finance and Public Administration in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Karanganyar TASIKMADU Sugar Factory. Indonesia's economic situation is very difficult in recent years prompted the government especially the Limited Liability Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero), Honey Sugar Mill and Sugar Factory Kisma Trangkil sugar policy changes in the marketing aspect (for results) and production aspects. The marketing aspect (for results) is a marketing management system which is run by giving some advantage (of) the production of sugar mills to sugar cane farmers who have submitted the results to the tebunya harvest the sugar factory to be processed. While aspects of the production is a production system that is run by the sugar factory in the processing of raw materials and sugar efficiently as possible. Which this is because the number of sugar imports in Indonesia. The thing that's hot this question for the moment on the Implementation of the Finance and Public Administration which plays an important role in an organizational structure of the sugar factory, this is because the current progress TASIKMADU Sugar Factory is very less in the management of the plant. Based on existing facts, Implementation Finance and Public Administration is a series of activities carried out TASIKMADU Karanganyar Sugar Factory for processing data and coordinating in the finance and employment issues in all parts. From the description of the authors mentioned above, it can be concluded that the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Karanganyar TASIKMADU Sugar Factory is a company engaged in the sugar mill owned by the government or state enterprises. Merely aim is not to seek profit. And so far TASIKMADU Sugar Factory has execute well. In connection with the problems and objectives that have been described, this type of qualitative research. While the method used is descriptive, ie research methods to explain the events that occurred in the present as it is at the time of the research conducted. Data collection techniques have 3 kinds, namely interviews, literature study, and documentation. Source of data used in the writing of this Final Project is a source of data and primary and secondary data sources.
