ABSTRACT The programming of scalar potential expansion at the crystal system have been made to use the MATLAB programming language. This scalar potential was calculated by using point charge model as a result of the sum from each scalar potential contributor, which is done by finding potential distribution in the electrostatic field and assuming atoms as points charge in the crystal.
