This internship report was written based on the Student Internship Program (KMM) conducted 
from February 5th to March 28th, 2022, at Nava Hotel Tawangmangu. This report details an 
internship completed at Nava Hotel Tawangmangu from February 5th to March 28th, 2024, as 
part of the Student Internship Program. This report is intended to fulfill the requirement to be 
eligible to graduate from the English Diploma Program. The report outlines the creation of 
English captions for the hotel's Instagram account, focusing on the role of a content creator 
from the marketing communication department. Lewis' AIDA technique (1878) was 
employed to ensure branding effectiveness and efficiency in these captions, aiming to increase 
brand awareness among potential customers. I began by researching the hotel's Instagram 
follower demographics and other hotels to craft targeted captions. To conduct this research, I 
analyzed the Instagram profiles of Nava Hotel Tawangmangu's followers focused on 
identifying their interests and average age. I also analyzed other Instagram hotel’s content on 
their page focused on identifying the right usage of words. The use of words in creating 
captions using persuasive sentences. I encountered challenges in selecting the most suitable 
words aligned with marketing copywriting principles and the hotel's brand image while 
crafting captions for Nava Hotel Tawangmangu's Instagram content. I utilized monolingual 
and bilingual dictionaries to ensure I chose the most precise and effective vocabulary to 
overcome these hurdles. The internship significantly enhanced my copywriting skills and 
aligned with the curriculum of the English Diploma Program. My recommendation for the 
following internship at Nava Hotel is to take a job desk related to translation.
