In this research have been done examination about influence to fluid concentration to its refractive index. The Fluid with the certain concentration filled into hollow prism and shooting off with a fold laser light. Angular value incoming light and leave the prism measured and made by a graph to know the angular value its deviasi minimum. By using Snellius law refractive index obtainable condensation, then tested with the quantum approach considering its polarity. Relation of condensation concentration to its refractive index is linear. Its concentration hence its refractive index is ever greater too. By examination of regression equation have been known that variation of refractive index explained by variation of concentration.
