Automatic Detection System Pada Mesin Potong Plastik Terhadap Sikap K3
Pekerja Produksi Pemotongan Plastik PT X Karanganyar, Diploma 4 Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan Kerja Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta.
Latar Belakang: Menurut data
intervensi automatic detection system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui adakah pengaruh automatic detection system terhadap sikap K3 pekerja
pemotongan plastik.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah
penelitian pra-experimental dengan desain one group
pretestpost-test. Responden diambil dari seluruh pekerja pemotongan
plastik PT X Karanganyar sejumlah 32 orang.
pekerja pemotogan plastik.
ABSTRACT
Friskila Geraldinecynora, R0220049, 2024. The
Influence of Automatic Detection System on Plastic Cutting Machine on the
Occupational Health and Safety Attitude of Plastic Cutting Production Workers
at PT X Karanganyar, Diploma 4 Occupational Safety and Health, Vocational
School, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta.
Background: According to data from the
International Labor Organization (ILO), there are more than 250 million
accidents each year. Work accidents can disrupt the production process and
provide discomfort in working and can affect the attitudes of workers,
attitudes are emotional reactions to an object. Therefore, the implementation
of occupational safety and health needs to be carried out, one of which is by
providing an automatic detection system intervention. This study aims to
determine whether there is an effect of the automatic detection system on the
K3 attitude of plastic cutting workers.
Method: This study is a pre-experimental
study with a one group pretest-post-test design. Respondents were taken from
all plastic cutting workers of PT X Karanganyar, totaling 32 people. This study
used a questionnaire to determine the attitude of workers before and after the
automatic detection system intervention. The data analysis technique used was
the paired t test.
Results: The results showed that from 32
respondents, the results of the pretest showed a low score with a maximum score
of 62 and the results of the posttest showed a high score with a maximum score
of 74. The results of the test using the paired t test showed that there was an
influence of the automatic detection system on the K3 attitude of plastic
cutting workers with a value of p = (0.001 <0>
Conclusion: There is an influence between
the provision of automatic detection system intervention on the K3 attitude of
plastic cutting workers.
