ABSTRACT
In the era of globalization, RSUD dr. Darsono Pacitan faces obstacles in
procuring goods which are still done manually. This manual process causes
difficulties in stock management, inventory control, and making quick and correct
decisions, thereby impacting health services to patients. To increase the efficiency
and accuracy of information, hospitals need to implement a procurement
information system.
This research uses the Waterfall method in developing a goods procurement system,
with stages including needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, delivery and
information maintenance. This system was designed using the Python programming
language and MongoDB database, which allows integration and automation in the
hospital procurement process.
The test results show that the information system developed has succeeded in
increasing efficiency and accuracy in stock management. This system simplifies the
work of room staff, warehouse staff, sub-section heads, field heads, and
verification, and supports more optimal health services. Implementation of a goods
procurement information system at RSUD dr. It is recommended that Darsono be
implemented as a whole to overcome obstacles to manual procurement of goods
and improve the quality of health services.
