Evaluation of the competency development of the State Civil Service is an activity carried out aimed at improving skills, attitudes and abilities. In evaluating competency development, planning, reporting and evaluation stages are required. Because the process of implementing these stages is still not effective, namely still using forms, more effective media such as a web-based Information System are needed.
The process of creating an Information System begins by conducting a survey regarding the stages, data and systems needed to create the Information System. Next, create a design for the product's functional and non-functional requirements. Followed by creating a User Interface design, database design, use cases, and class diagrams.
After making and implementing the product, the system is then tested using the Blackbox Testing test method. The results of this test are that the system can run as expected. With this Information System, it is hoped that it can simplify the competency assessment process. Competency assessment can be carried out efficiently and can provide benefits after the system is well integrated.
