This research investigates the implementation of the English Day Program (EDP) at a bilingual elementary school in Indonesia, focusing on program implementation, engagement, and its impact on students' speaking abilities. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to capture the perspectives of teachers, students, and parents. The findings indicate that the EDP is running effectively, supported by a structured program design, integrating English as the medium of instruction, as well as the use of diverse teaching materials, assignments, and learning facilities. The results of in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and parents reveal that this program significantly improves students' English language skills. Teachers have expressed that the improvement in students' skills is very active, as seen from the students' daily assessment sheets. Students also share the same perception. Several strategies were also found to address challenges such as teacher readiness, limited resources, and varying levels of student motivation. Although previous research has discussed EDP, few studies have explored its implementation in depth from the perspectives of students, teachers, and parents. This study offers valuable insights for schools implementing EDP, emphasizing the need for holistic and collaborative strategies among all stakeholders. These findings contribute to the broader field of education, especially for schools that want to implement EDP and improve students' English proficiency more effectively.
