Shallots are the main commodity in household consumption and the food industry in Indonesia. Shallot production has not yet met demand, even though it has shown positive growth over the last two decades. By use of biological fertilizer containing Trichoderma sp. proposed as a solution to increase crop productivity, as well as reduce dependence on synthetic chemicals, especially in off-season cultivation. This study aims to identify the effect of biological fertilisers and inorganic fertilisers on the growth and yield of shallots and Knowing the best combination of biofertilisers and inorganic fertilisers that can increase growth and the best yield in shallots. This research took place in the Green House A, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta city, Indonesia. The research was conducted in Februay-April 2024. The research design that used was a Complete Blok Design (CRD) consisting of two factors with three replications. The first factor was inorganic fertilizer (100, 75, 50% inorganic fertilizer). The second factor was biological fertilizer (without fertilizer, 10, 20, 30 g/plant). Data were analyzed by using ANOVA and Duncan's Multiple Range Test with a significance level of 5%. The research results showed that reducing inorganic fertilizer had an effect on plant fresh weight, fresh tuber weight and plant dry weight. Providing Trichoderma fertilizer affects the weight of fresh tubers. The best combination to increase shallot yields is 50% inorganic fertilizer + 20g Trichoderma fertilizer/plant.
