KETERAMPILAN DASAR BOLA BASKET PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SMA REGINA PACIS

Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar bola basket pada
siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta Tahun 2023/2024
Jenis
penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode teknik tes dan pengukuran. Sample dalam penelitian ini
adalah siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola basket berjumlah 40
siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Johson
Basketball Test,
tes ini diperuntukan bagi anak usia (SMP dan SMA) yang
terdiri dari: (1) Melempar bola kearah sasaran sebanyak 10 kali kesempatan, (2)
Menggiring bola, (3) Menembak bola ke ring
selama 1 menit. Hasil yang dijabarkan dalam bentuk persentase tingkat
keterampilan dasar bola basket pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Regina Pacis
Surakarta Tahun 2023/2024.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
hasil analisis tingkat keterampilan dasar siswa putra yang mengikuti
ekstrakurikuler bola basket di antara para siswa dalam katagori katagori “baik
sekali” sebesar 7,5?ngan jumlah 3 siswa, “baik” sebesar 10?ngan jumlah 4
siswa, “sedang” sebesar 55?ngan jumlah 22 siswa, “kurang” sebesar 22,5?ngan jumlah 9 siswa dan “kurang sekali” sebesar 5%, dengan jumlah 2 siswa.
Maka secara keseluruhan keterampilan dasar bola basket siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta siswa dikatagorikan “sedang”, yakni sebanyak 22 siswa (55%)

This
study aims to determine the level of basic basketball skills in extracurricular
students at SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year.
This
type of research is quantitative descriptive with the research method used is
the test and measurement technique method. The sample in this study were 40
male students who took part in extracurricular basketball. The instrument used
was the Johnson Basketball Test, this test is intended for children aged
(junior high school and high school) which consists of: (1) Throwing the ball
towards the target 10 times, (2) Dribbling the ball, (3) Shooting the ball into
the ring for 1 minute. The results are described in the form of a percentage of
the level of basic basketball skills in extracurricular students at Regina
Pacis Surakarta High School in 2023/2024.
The
results of the study showed that the results of the analysis of the basic
skills level of male students who participated in extracurricular basketball
among students in the category of "very good" were 7,5% with a total
of 3 students, "good" was 10% with a total of 4 students,
"moderate" was 55% with a total of 22 students, "less" was 22,5%
with a total of 9 students and "very less" was 5%, with a total of 2
students.
So
overall the basic basketball skills of male students who participated in
extracurricular basketball at SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta students were
categorized as "moderate", namely 22 students (55%)
