SINTESIS SUPERKONDUKTOR Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O/Ag DENGAN METODE SOL-GEL

ABSTRACT Risdiyani Chasanah. 2008. Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O/Ag Superconductor Synthesis with Sol-Gel Method. Department of Physics Have been made BSCCO system of superconductor use sol-gel raection. Formula to make this sample is Bi1,8Pb0,4Sr2Ca2,2Cu3O10-δ/Agx, for (i)x=without Ag, (ii) x=0,5, (iii)x=1,0. Sintered from 48 hours to 96 hours at temperature 8460C. Characterization with XRD and Meissner effect. From XRD can calculation the percentage 2223 phase building on the intensity every peak. The result is sample 1b with formula Bi1,8Pb0,4Sr2Ca2,2Cu3O10-δ/Ag0,0 and sintered at 96 hours have a biggest phase percentage (53,86±0,86)%. Sample with formula Bi1,8Pb0,4Sr2Ca2,2Cu3O10-δ/Ag0,5 sintered at 91 and formula Bi1,8Pb0,4Sr2Ca2,2Cu3O10-δ/Ag1,0 sintered at 96 hours showing a good Meissner effect. Tc experiment can’t be hald, because there is different voltage value estimated from voltage value at microvoltmeter. Key words: sol-gel, superconductor synthesis.
